The organization may at any time obtain the necessary financing and manpower support from the following sources:


a) Contributions: Since the organizationís inception up to the present time, all members and associates have been working on a volunteer basis, as well as contributing their own funds to finance the Foundation's charitable & humanitarian cause programs.
b) Financial aid: (1) Direct monthly or annual monetary contributions from various publicly or privately held corporations, individuals and professional groups (2) Donors also have a choice to select their own files/cases to donate their funds directly to recipients in Vietnam.

Manpower Resources

In addition to financial aid, our professional members and associates have donated their time to organize and teach seminars in areas such as business administration & management, banking & finance, computer skills, marketing & sales (including telemarketing), distribution systems & techniques, international business law, international accounting, manufacturing system and management, vocational training, etc.

Project Financing

a) U.S. Government: Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agency for International Development (USAID), Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), International Finance Corporation (OPIC), Export & Import Bank U.S. (Exim Bank)
b) Multilateral: from governments through international agencies such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC), and European Economic Community (EEC)
c) Bilateral: direct from government to government
d) Private: public corporations or foundations
e) Voluntary: other NGOs or professional groups
